The Tenach (Jewish Scriptures) has many prophecies of the Messiah coming to earth.  Some go back 1000 years before the birth of Yeshua (Hebrew for Jesus) the Messiah.  Listed below are some of the prophecies and their fulfillment by Yeshua, as found in the New Covenant.  To fully understand each prophecy, read the full reference in your Bible.
